#I had to go to the grocery store today to get some maple syrup for a brunch thing my friends are doing saturday #so I get to the shop and they are just CRANKING avril lavinge's 'sk8r boi' #and so I go to walk around the corner to get back to my apartment #but I was blocked because they were filming some weird movie #(which I should mention two of the costumes of - a hockey player and a man in a fur hat) #so I was just kind of standing there waiting for them to take a break #and not one but two old french men creepily started to hit on me #so I ducked into a restaurant to get a poutine and wait it out #IS THIS THE MOST CANADIAN THING YOU HAVE EVER HEARD OR WHAT? #in other news I saw my old roommate out and promptly ran away from her #and I'm going to see fun. tonight #neither one of those things are particularly canadian but whateva #maybe i'll take devin out for tim hortons/polite conversation and request some drake at the show to keep this going
